1) Definitions
- “DayZVPP.com” / “we” / “us” refers to the DayZVPP.com community and its operators.
- “You” refers to the purchaser and/or account holder using the services.
- “Digital Goods” means non-physical features and access sold online (e.g., Priority Queue, cosmetic perks, roles, or similar).
- “Priority Queue” means preferential placement into supported server queues, subject to availability and fair-use controls.
2) Nature of the Purchase
When you purchase Digital Goods from DayZVPP.com, you are buying a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to access those features on supported services. You do not own, resell, or sublicense the feature.
We may provide additional perks (e.g., Discord roles, cosmetic access, or other conveniences) as part of a package. These perks are service features that can change over time.
3) Availability, Changes & Service Interruptions
Digital Goods rely on servers, third-party platforms (e.g., Steam/Discord), and network conditions. Because of this:
- Priority Queue is not a guarantee of instant entry, a specific wait time, or access during outages.
- Some servers, modes, or events may not support Priority Queue temporarily (maintenance, testing, anti-abuse measures, or technical limits).
- We may update, rebalance, replace, or discontinue Digital Goods to protect performance, fairness, or platform stability.
4) Account Requirements & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your accounts (e.g., Steam/Discord) used to receive perks.
- Do not share accounts, attempt to bypass queue systems, or use automation/bots to gain advantages.
- If we detect suspicious activity, we may pause delivery of Digital Goods while we investigate.
5) Community Rules, Fair Use & Enforcement
Digital Goods exist to support the community and improve quality of life, not to enable cheating or abuse. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to Digital Goods if you:
- violate server/community rules (including cheating, exploiting, or harassment),
- abuse Priority Queue systems (multi-accounting, botting, evasion), or
- attempt chargebacks or payment fraud.
Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion to protect the community and service integrity.
6) Billing, Renewals & Cancellations
- If your purchase is a subscription, it may renew automatically until you cancel via the method provided at checkout or in your account portal.
- You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not want renewal.
- Pricing may change for future billing cycles; if required, we will provide notice through the channels available to us (e.g., website or email).
7) Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable, including (but not limited to):
- revocation or suspension due to rule violations, cheating, or abuse,
- failure to cancel a subscription before renewal,
- temporary downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions,
- platform limitations or changes that affect how/where the feature can be used.
If you believe a billing error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us promptly and we’ll review it.
8) Taxes & Local Requirements
Tax treatment of digital purchases varies by country/region. We are not qualified to provide tax advice. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or obligations required in your jurisdiction.
9) Disclaimer of Warranties
DayZVPP.com provides Digital Goods on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayZVPP.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, gameplay progress, or enjoyment arising from use of Digital Goods. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Digital Good in the prior 30 days.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date posted on this page. If you continue using Digital Goods after changes, you agree to the updated terms.
